Under the Compunnel SME Program you get a chance to put your years of experience in use by
technically screening the candidates of your skillset and also Earn Extra for the time you spend screening
the consultants.

quality hiring to enable their business processes and enhance the performance. To match these trends
and client expectations, Team Compunnel has gone an extra mile by introducing the SME Program.

To complement the screening efforts of our current recruitment workforce, we are shortlisting qualified
SMEs who can help us screen candidates falling in their technical area of expertise. SMEs will help us
shortlist candidates by screening these candidates and providing us with a technical snapshot before we
can submit the shortlisted candidates to our customers.
